## How it works

Download the template, fill it in, and drop it back. You get one Facturae XML file per invoice row. Nothing is uploaded.

NIF (Spanish tax ID) is required for both parties. IVA rates from the Excel are mapped directly.

The file is ready for FACe submission. Tallystick does not submit to FACe.

## What is checked before anything is written

Refused when: invoice number missing, date missing, NIF missing, name missing, address incomplete, or no lines entered.
