Really. Reading and converting invoices stays free, with no account and a fair usage limit, and every format, with PDF, Excel, CSV and JSON export, stays on the free side. The one thing Pro adds to the converter is the size of a single drop: the whole folder at once is paid.

Yes: a fair-usage allowance on the free tier, counted in processings per day, with more allowed on your first day so a writer, a reader and the validator fit into one sitting. One file per drop. The allowance resets at midnight UTC, and the notice names the exact count when you reach it. What the twenty dollars buys is the folder: up to 500 files in one pass, and no daily allowance to watch.

Three days or three bundles of up to fifty files, whichever runs out first, and then it stops. No card, no account, no cancelling required, because there is nothing to cancel. It exists so you can find out whether batch conversion is worth twenty dollars to you before you are asked for twenty dollars.

In your own PayPal account, under automatic payments, in the same place every other PayPal subscription lives. Nothing has to go through us and nothing here can stop you. The subscription keeps working until the end of the month you already paid for.

It still works, forever, exactly as sold. That was a one-off purchase of the MCP server and it is not affected by any of this. Pro includes the MCP server as well, so there is no reason to buy both. The MCP page carries the config for every client.

Nothing that was free stops being free. Every format, the four exports the converter has always had, the totals check and the EN 16931 rules stay open, under a fair usage limit and without an account. Paid covers work a single conversion does not cover, and formats written for one profession: the DATEV booking batch is on Pro because it is a practice's import file, not a way to read your own invoice.

No. There is no upload on the free tool at all, so there is nothing to keep. The archive is opt-in and lives in your browser: it records the names, hashes and totals of what you converted, never the files themselves, and nothing is uploaded. Storing invoices is a promise this product does not take back.

That is what the API is for now: POST an invoice to /api/v1/convert with your Pro key and the structured JSON the tools read comes straight back. The details are on the API page. For deeper wiring into one specific system, leave a line on the feedback form; that remains a project, not a subscription.

It names the invoice, the day it was checked, the EN 16931 rules that ran and what each one found, sealed with a hash of the file and our signature. Hand it to an auditor or a client and they can verify it themselves: the same file, the same rules, the same result, without taking anyone's word for it. It records a check you ran; it is not a conformance certificate issued by a standards body.

No. It is one key, shared. Five is what you are licensed for. We do not run a login and we do not count people at the keyboard.

Subscribe to Team. If this browser still has your Pro key, we cancel Pro from the next PayPal billing date so you are not charged for both. The Pro month you already paid keeps working until it ends. We do not credit it against USD 388. If the emails do not match, cancel Pro yourself in PayPal after Team is active, or mail both subscription ids to info@tally-stick.com.

Access stays up for seven days while PayPal retries, the same window as Pro. After that it stops until the payment succeeds. Update the card in your own PayPal account.

PayPal mails you the subscription id when the subscription starts. Send that to info@tally-stick.com and the key comes straight back; it is looked up from the id, not reissued.
